Job Description

HUC seeks individuals with no previous healthcare experience to join our team as part-time NHS 111 Call Handlers.

Main Duties:
  1. Manage urgent and non-urgent cases, providing essential medical advice.
  2. Assess patients' conditions using NHS Pathways Software and direct them to the appropriate healthcare professional or service.
  3. Use advanced listening and probing skills to ensure every patient receives clear advice and is signposted correctly.
