Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Level 2 Early Years Educator to join our team at Kido Windsor. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and inspiring learning environment that supports the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Kido's curriculum.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of activities and a consistent approach to child care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and achievements.
  • Contribute to the assessment and recording of children's progress, using observation and planning tools to inform teaching practices.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with best practices in Early Years education.
Requirements
  • A relevant childcare qualification, level 3 minimum.
  • Experience in a similar role within a nursery or other childcare or educational setting.
  • A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of up to £25,000 for full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days after 5 years' service.
