Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Level 2 Early Years Educator to join our team at Kido Windsor. As a key member of our nursery team, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and inspiring learning environment that supports the unique needs of each child.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Kido's curriculum.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of activities and a cohesive learning experience for children.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress, identifying areas for development and celebrating achievements.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach to supporting children's learning journeys.
  • Contribute to the development of a nurturing environment that caters to individual needs, promoting diversity, inclusion, and respect for all children.
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant childcare qualification, level 3 minimum.
  • Align with Kido's core values: Listen, Learn, and Lead.
  • Experience in a similar role within a nursery or other childcare or educational setting.
  • Right to work in the UK.
