About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Bright Horizons Windsor Day Nursery and Preschool. As a Bank Staff Member, you will have the flexibility to work on a part-time basis, supporting our nursery team in delivering high-quality care and education to our children.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the nursery team in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, engaging children in entertaining and educational play and activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the safety and well-being of children, maintaining a positive and happy environment.
- Contribute to the development of children's skills and abilities, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and policies.
Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
- Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults.
- Sound understanding of child protection and the safeguarding of children.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable.
