Job Description

Brandon James is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancing Manager to join their team in a leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical legal advice program, providing supervision and support to the firm's transactional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the technical legal advice program and ensure compliance with trade standards and SRA regulations.
  • Provide supervision and support to the firm's transactional teams.
  • Develop policies and monitor operations to drive improvements in quality control systems.
  • Lead and develop a team of solicitors and legal professionals, helping them achieve their career goals.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years' experience handling a complex caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
  • Experience with unregistered properties and SDLT requirements, including relevant reliefs and exemptions.
  • Team management experience, with the ability to coach and mentor staff.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
