Residential Conveyancing Compliance Manager Opportunity

We are working with a specialist niche firm in Gloucestershire who have exclusively instructed Chadwick Nott to handle this new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join them as a Technical and Compliance Manager.

This is a rare and unique opportunity to join a specialised team where you can expect to play a pivotal role in providing legal guidance, supervision and fostering the professional growth of this dynamic team.

To be considered, you will be an experienced Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 7 years PQE with previous supervision experience. Strong expertise in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including leasehold matters and SDLT requirements is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical legal support across transactional teams
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and SRA regulations
  • Lead quality control enhancements and peer review processes
  • Mentor and develop team members
