Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Floating Support Worker to join our Brent Mental Health Floating Support Service. This role involves working with vulnerable individuals in the community, supporting them to develop independent living skills and general well-being.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals who have experienced mental health and/or dual diagnosis issues, ex-offenders, and those at risk of homelessness. A strong understanding of health and safety issues is also essential.
