Away from the pressure of independent work, you'll be part of a strong team striving to ensure quality never slips for our guests. Your role plays a vital part in making sure customers receive quality dishes and have a fantastic dining experience. We'll teach you all that you need to become a capable chef with no experience required.

Your Journey to Becoming a Production Chef:

You'll join our team as a trainee and work towards a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship over the course of 15 months. Not only will you gain the qualifications that you need, you'll be part of our team that creates wonderful moments and ensures quality never slips. You'll work closely with our passionate chefs to develop your skills and take on more responsibilities. You'll have a mix of on and off-the-job training to make sure that you have the knowledge and experience that you need. We'll also provide support every step of the way, helping you to reach your potential.



What Our Apprenticeship Includes:


  • A mix of face-to-face, phone, and Skype catch-ups every 4-6 weeks
  • On and off-the-job training - encompassing workshops and webinars
  • Regular reviews with your Apprentice, Line Manager, and your Lifetime Trainer
  • Feedback sessions to discuss your progress and how we can support you
  • Functional Skills in English and Maths (if you don't already have GCSEs or equivalents)
  • 30 hours paid work every week, with opportunities to learn and grow with our team

Salary:

£8.60 per hour for those between 16 and 20 years old



£11.44 per hour for those 21 and over
