About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our team at Lounge.

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and presentation.
  • Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily kitchen targets and goals.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and recipes, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or equivalent role.
