Disability and Health Condition Assessment Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our assessment team. In this role, you will conduct thorough assessments of individuals with disabilities or health conditions and produce detailed reports to support benefit eligibility determinations. Strong clinical expertise and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough assessments of individuals with disabilities or health conditions, either remotely or in-person.
  2. Produce high-quality PIP reports that accurately reflect an individual's functional abilities and needs.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure accurate and consistent assessment results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Valid NMC registration number.
  • At least 1 year of broad post-registration adult or mental health experience gained within or outside the NHS.
  • Strong clinical expertise and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer software and typing.
