Survey Management Specialist – London
Salary:£25,000 – £40,000
Location: London (with occasional weekend coverage, when needed)

Elizabeth Norman is seeking an experienced Survey Management Specialist to drive high-quality data collection and delivery. As a key member of our dynamic team in London, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional surveys to client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end survey management, ensuring data collection aligns with client needs and timelines.
  • Set up and test online surveys across multiple devices.
  • Launch projects using mailing software (Quenchtec/Marsc) and monitor quality control throughout.
  • Manage quotas and provide clients and internal teams with regular status updates.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.

Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and survey management software (Unicom Dimensions).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently, while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Experience in online research, sample studies, and international fieldwork is a plus.
