We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at French Selection. As an Italian speaking Events Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing international events with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with exhibitors and speakers to gather essential information regarding their participation in the event
- Confirm all event details, coordinate with all parties, address challenges, conduct risk assessment, ensure health & safety, finalize capacities and menus, and agree on floor plans
- Develop and execute a successful marketing strategy, incorporating physical tickets, social media, websites, and digital communication
- Ensure consistent communication with key stakeholders and act as the primary contact for visitors and potential attendees seeking information about the event
- Participate in international events when necessary
Requirements:
- Fluent Italian (spoken and written)
- A desire to succeed within a dynamic events environment
