BAM Nuttall is a leading construction company with a strong commitment to social sustainability. We are seeking a skilled Sustainability Development Officer to join our team in Scotland. As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering our social mobility, foundational economy, and social inclusion activities.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a degree-level qualification, and experience in MS Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You will be responsible for collating relevant social value data, inputting into BAM's Social Sustainability Reporting Tool, and supporting the development of new social sustainability materials and programs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate and analyze social value data
  • Support the development of new social sustainability materials and programs
  • Work with the BAM Learning team to ensure e-learning modules on safeguarding and social sustainability are up-to-date
  • Collaborate with various departments across the UK&I business to inform and support delivery of social sustainability elements of the Sustainability Strategy

What We Offer:
