The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Payroll & Accounts Administrator to manage weekly payroll and handle various accounts administration tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Payroll: Verify employee timesheets and accurately input data into pay and bill software, calculate wages, salaries, pay rates, overtime, shift payments, and holiday pay, collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure employee data is up-to-date, issue HMRC documents, address employee queries related to timesheets, payslips, and other payroll matters, update employee bank details to process payments accurately.
    Input new employee starter information, enroll workers into the company pension scheme, submit relevant schedules.
Accounts Administration: Process customer and supplier invoices using the same pay and bill software, maintain accurate and organized records, including processing customer and supplier invoices using the same pay and bill software.
