Job Description
We are looking for a Compliance Officer to oversee and monitor adherence to 3173 Group policies and procedures. This individual will create and maintain compliance program-related materials, provide regulatory compliance assistance and assurance, and support the development and maintenance of relationships with key regulators. Additionally, they will collaborate with external auditors and third-party suppliers when necessary, feeding into audit plans to identify areas for compliance review.

Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement an effective compliance program, focusing on risk governance and internal controls.
2. Conduct data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) and Third-Party Risk Assessments to identify and mitigate potential privacy risks.
3. Collaborate with external auditors and third-party suppliers, supporting the delivery of regulator attestations and actions.
4. Feed into audit plans by identifying areas for compliance review, providing support throughout the review process as needed.
5. Keep abreast of regulatory changes, new regulations, and internal policy changes to identify new key risk areas.

Requirements
This role requires a Compliance Officer or Compliance Manager with expertise in Compliance laws, rules, regulations, and risks. Familiarity with The Pensions Regulator, Financial Conduct Authority, and Information Commissioner's Office regulatory requirements is also essential. Experience in operational risk, testing, or audit or regulatory examination is preferred.
