Job Summary:

SRM Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our client on a temporary basis. As an Interim HR Advisor, you will provide expert support and guidance to stakeholders, ensuring that HR and people management tasks are handled with confidence and proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Collaborate with the Head of HR and Recruitment to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's people strategy.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters to ensure effective resolution and adherence to best practices.
  • HR Policy and Process Development: Review and refine HR policies and processes to ensure they are effective and meet organizational needs.
  • HR Reporting and Analysis: Conduct HR reporting and analysis to identify areas for improvement and work with the Head of HR and Recruitment to create strategic solutions.
  • Coaching and Development: Coach and guide line managers on HR best practices to enhance their capabilities.
  • Change Management: Lead ongoing change management initiatives to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Project Management: Manage key HR projects from inception to completion.
  • Team Support: Provide support to the broader team, including recruitment, reward, remuneration, and learning and development initiatives.
  • Business Partnerships: Collaborate with various business units to foster strong relationships, enhance morale, and contribute to productivity and retention goals.

Requirements:

  • CIPD Level 5 or Higher: Possess a CIPD Level 5 or higher qualification in HR or a related field.
  • Experience in Employee Relations: Have experience owning employee relations cases and providing expert support and guidance to stakeholders.
  • Immediate Availability: Be immediately available to start and commit to a minimum of 3 months.

Working Arrangements:

  • Temporary Assignment: This is a temporary assignment with a minimum duration of 3 months.
  • Hybrid Working: The role involves hybrid working, with 3 days spent in the office and 2 days working from home.
  • Working Hours: The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.
