We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Children's Residential Service in Crawley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have significant experience of working in a residential childcare setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and achieving excellent outcomes. You will have a strong understanding of the needs of children and young people with complex and challenging behaviour, and be able to provide guidance and support to our staff team.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, including supervising and developing our staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of care and safety. You will also be expected to work closely with our Regional Manager and other stakeholders to achieve our service's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Children's Residential Service in Crawley, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and achieve excellent outcomes.
- Supervise and develop our staff team, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
- Work closely with our Regional Manager and other stakeholders to achieve our service's goals and objectives.
- Ensure the service is run in a safe and efficient manner, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and achieving excellent outcomes.
- Significant experience of working in a residential childcare setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and achieving excellent outcomes.
- Strong understanding of the needs of children and young people with complex and challenging behaviour.
- Ability to provide guidance and support to our staff team.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our staff team.
