Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) in a residential setting.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and ambitious organisation. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to young people with EBD
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each young person
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care and support
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support services
Requirements:
  • NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management or currently undertaking (Children's Services)
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children's Residential Services or equivalent
  • Experience working within a Deputy or Registered Manager's position for a minimum of 2 years
  • Experience in a residential children's home environment
  • Full UK driving licence
