Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working, compressed hours, and opportunities for career development.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Policies: Create and propose policies and protocols to improve work practices and procedures.
  • Evaluate Effectiveness: Conduct evaluations to assess the impact and quality of apprenticeship programs.
  • Manage Resources: Oversee the management of resources, including the Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) account.
