Page Personnel Sales is seeking a highly skilled Law Firm Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong organizational and communication skills to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Law Firm Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Operational Support: Provide administrative support to the legal team, including coordinating meetings, managing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to support case development and legal advice.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to discuss transaction details and provide updates.
  • Knowledge Management: Stay up-to-date with changes in securitization law and maintain accurate records of relevant information.

The ideal candidate will have a law degree or paralegal certificate, proven conveyancing experience, and strong research and report writing abilities. We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
