Client Liaison

As a Client Liaison at Progeny, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care and support to our high net worth individuals. This role requires a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to excellence and has a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Office Administration: Manage the day-to-day office duties, including diary management, meeting room bookings, and provision of office supplies.
- Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, accommodation, and meeting room bookings for team members as required.
- Filing and Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and paper filing systems, and perform data entry on our CRM system as required.
- Health and Safety: Ensure the office is a safe and healthy environment by arranging health and safety training and completing risk assessments.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a client-focused role, preferably as a Personal Assistant or Office Coordinator in a professional services firm.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and client care skills, well-organized, and excellent time management skills.
- Knowledge: Competent user of MS Office applications and ability to build and maintain excellent relationships within all areas of the business.
