**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Service Delivery Director to join our team at Aon Hewitt. This is a key role that requires a high level of technical skill, leadership ability, and business acumen.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of insurance risk and be able to provide technical guidance and support to brokers on complex risks. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**

As an Insurance Service Delivery Director, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of insurance specialists to deliver exceptional results and meet divisional targets.
  • Coordinating workload, prioritizing tasks, and making effective decisions to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Using technical systems and engaging with Offshore Partners to produce policy documents / invoice requests.
  • Building strong relationships with CSD colleagues, brokers, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Implementing changes to tools and documentation needed to support effective service delivery.
  • Being a role model in the team by giving constructive feedback to colleagues to improve performance and supporting the Manager.
  • Producing and monitoring the risk life cycle report your team's workflow to ensure your policies are on track with performance targets.
