About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at BET365. As a key member of our Facilities and Services department, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing and heating systems across our commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Diagnose and repair faults on a wide range of equipment, including water heaters, calorifiers, motors, and boilers.
  • Take on additional responsibilities for Legionella management and ensure all health and safety obligations are met.
  • Produce and manage critical spares lists to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Support the Estates Manager in developing process and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • NVQ or City & Guilds certification in a relevant category.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing, heating, ventilation, F-Gas, and refrigeration.
  • Mechanical maintenance engineering experience.
  • Gas safe trained.
  • Renewable energy installation and maintenance experience.
  • Possession of a full UK driving licence.
  • Knowledge of hot and cold water systems.
  • Good computer literacy skills.
  • Knowledge of LEV systems is beneficial.
