Job Summary: As a Fitness Career Development Specialist, you will be responsible for obtaining new leads, organizing events to promote fitness in the community, and creating a positive environment for our members and staff. You will work closely with our membership team to achieve sales and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new members and retain existing ones
  • Organize and participate in community events to promote fitness and wellness
  • Collaborate with the membership team to achieve sales and growth targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members

Requirements:

  • Previous sales and customer experience is a plus
  • Someone that enjoys an environment where they can be creative and think critically
