Job Summary: As a Fitness Career Development Specialist, you will be responsible for obtaining new leads, organizing events to promote fitness in the community, and creating a positive environment for our members and staff. You will work closely with our membership team to drive sales and growth, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in the fitness industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain new leads and convert them into sales
  • Organize events to promote fitness in the community

Requirements:

  • Previous sales and customer experience is a plus
  • Someone that enjoys an environment where they can be creative and think critically
