We are seeking an experienced and efficient Fleet Administrator to join our team at Sprint Recruitment Limited on a part-time basis. As a Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Fleet maintenance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and create work orders on our system
  • Perform tasks associated with the Service/Fleet Department
  • Raise Purchase Orders and book in vehicles
  • Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers
  • Ensure best pricing and availability of parts
  • Goods receipt and close Purchase Orders
  • Complete work orders and close jobs
  • Handle incoming telephone calls
  • Assist the Service Office with phone answering and vehicle enquiries
  • General depot administration
  • Planning of service inspections and MOTs
  • Workshop filing
  • Control flow and process of all WIP
  • Health and Safety compliance

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
