We are seeking an experienced and efficient Fleet Administrator to join our team at Sprint Recruitment Limited on a part-time basis. As a Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Fleet maintenance team, ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and create work orders on our system
- Perform tasks associated with the Service/Fleet Department
- Raise Purchase Orders and book in vehicles
- Issue Purchase Orders to suppliers
- Ensure best pricing and availability of parts
- Goods receipt and close Purchase Orders
- Complete work orders and close jobs
- Handle incoming telephone calls
- Assist the Service Office with phone answering and vehicle enquiries
- General depot administration
- Planning of service inspections and MOTs
- Workshop filing
- Control flow and process of all WIP
- Health and Safety compliance
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
