We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team at Pod Talent. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and excellence across processes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end supply chain operations, including timely launch of new products to the market, overseeing demand planning, optimising inventory levels, and aligning production capabilities with customer demands.
- Lead procurement activities, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality sourcing.
- Build and develop key relationships with 3rd party manufacturing and logistics partners.
- Drive quality control, risk management, and business continuity plans.
- 7+ years of experience working in a similar leadership position, within the luxury goods/cosmetics/fragrance industry.
- Proven track record of driving and implementing change, as well as optimising processes.
