About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Data Analyst to join our Specialist Share Data (SSD) team at Wilmington Healthcare. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and driving the success of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our SSD team to generate insightful reports by conducting surveys with NHS Trusts.
  • Build and update client reports using Microsoft Excel and review reports produced by colleagues.
  • Assist colleagues in meeting deadlines, ensuring the timely delivery of services.
  • Gather client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection processes.
  • Communicate deliverables to clients, facilitating seamless integration into their business operations.
  • Coordinate responses to client queries, perform ad-hoc data analysis as requested.
  • Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to understand customer needs and contribute to the development of a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Develop expertise in the SSD offering, delivering client presentations, supporting RFPs, and exploring opportunities to convert custom projects into syndicated solutions.
  • Stay attuned to client & market trends, suggesting opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain awareness of competitors' products, solutions, and initiatives to position WHC's offerings advantageously.
Essential Capabilities
  • Experience in data management or data analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Familiarity with UK healthcare - data, commercial drivers, or customer groups.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Office products.
  • A curious, analytical approach – solution and data-driven problem solving.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high-degree of numeracy, exposure to statistics.
  • University degree in any science or social science field is desirable.
