Senior Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Goodlord, a leading provider of renting solutions. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading our sales efforts in the Sheffield office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage sales performance metrics, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including onboarding new enterprise clients and managing existing relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a minimum of 3 direct reports.
  • Experience in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of commercial environments and sales strategies.
  • Ability to manage and develop a high-performing sales team, with a focus on coaching, training, and development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience working in the lettings or referencing industry is a plus, but not required.
