Job Description

This role involves leading the design, architecture, and development of high-quality software solutions for our products. You will oversee and contribute to the refactoring and optimisation of existing code to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution, balancing quality and delivery speed.

In this position, you will also provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the development team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require 6+ years' experience designing and developing software products using agile methodologies. You must have demonstrable experience in C# and .NET Framework with a strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.

A proven expertise in modern web technologies such as Vue.js, React, or Angular is essential. You should also have solid experience building and architecting Microsoft Azure cloud solutions, with a deep understanding of microservices architecture.

A solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is required. Additionally, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality, reliable software solutions.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum. As part of our benefits package, you will receive company pension and private medical insurance. You will also have the opportunity to work from home.
