Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and a solid understanding of financial products and services.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to customers, identifying their needs, and matching them with suitable products and services.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position based in Croydon, working 36 flexible hours across Monday to Saturday to support operating hours in the branch.

You will be engaging with customers face-to-face, over the phone, or via digital channels to provide a first-class service that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice to customers on our range of savings products, mortgages, and other financial servicesIdentify customers' needs and match them with suitable products and servicesDevelop strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and objectivesUpsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to customersWork collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA solid understanding of financial products and servicesAbility to work under pressure and meet sales targetsStrong relationship-building skillsFlexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £22,900 per annum plus a generous area allowance of £5,200 per annum.
