We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead our construction projects in the Surrey, Crawley, Reigate, and South West London areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the design process from tender to completion, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in design management, with experience working on large-scale construction projects. You will be responsible for collaborating with our estimating and commercial teams to develop detailed designs, identifying opportunities and potential issues, and ensuring that our projects are delivered on time and within budget.

As a Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing the information flow between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and our internal teams. You will also be responsible for leading our framework schemes and ensuring that our projects meet the required standards.
