A fantastic new job opportunity has arisen for a committed and experienced Registered Nurse to work in a leading care home based in the Bangor, Northern Ireland area. The successful candidate will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers.

This care home provides a high standard of residential and nursing care for elderly people that are living with dementia, learning or physical disabilities. We provide tailored support to meet individual needs while maintaining independence and personal choice.

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

As a Nurse, your key duties include:

  • Leading a team to ensure the highest possible standards of care
  • Assessment of residents' needs, creating and implementing Care plans
  • Developing, reviewing and updating care plans to meet resident's physical, social and psychological needs
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records
  • Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift in accordance with company policies and current legislation
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines

The salary for this role is estimated at £45,165.12 per annum, which equates to £19.74 per hour. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive a range of benefits including a generous holiday entitlement, free meals, ongoing personal development plan, and more.
