Robotics Territory Professional

The Clinical Territory Associate plays a critical role in developing surgical robotics programs in the assigned territory. This position involves gaining knowledge in all aspects of our business, including technical, clinical, and sales expertise, and working closely with the Clinical Sales Manager to achieve shared goals.
Responsibilities- Support Surgeons: Provide guidance, insight, and training on the use of the da Vinci Surgical System to the surgical team.
- Lead In-Services: Conduct all technical in-services for customers, including OR staff and surgeons.
- Influence Behavior Change: Help influence behavior change in customers through product demonstrations/in-services and OR selling activities.
- Support Regional Events: Coordinate regional sales and marketing development events that create system awareness and procedure adoption.
- Manage Administrative Tasks: Report sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submit expense reports, and complete assigned ISU online modules.
