The successful candidate will report to the Director of People and Partnerships and be responsible for identifying and implementing new initiatives and technologies to enhance the Association's growth and member revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to support the Association's growth and member revenue
  • Lead on implementing new initiatives and technologies to enhance the member/user experience
  • Contribute to the planning and development of the Association's strategic digital enhancement
  • Manage ASCL's CRM, web, and App to expand the Association's growth and member revenue

Requirements:

  • Proven success in developing and executing digital strategies
  • Experience in leading on implementing new initiatives and technologies
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and its impact on business growth
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £68,259 – £75,310 per annum
  • Flexible working arrangements, including working from home and being in-person at our Leicester HQ
