Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to lead our catering operations at the legendary Brands Hatch motor racing circuit in Kent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality culinary menus, overseeing food offerings across multiple outlets, and managing a team of kitchen staff.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and financial acumen, as well as relevant Food, Safety, and Hygiene qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality culinary menus
  • Oversee food offerings across multiple outlets
  • Manage a team of kitchen staff
  • Procure high-quality food at the best possible value
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Possession of a passion for delivering high-quality food and exceeding expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial acumen and cost-control abilities
  • Relevant Food, Safety, and Hygiene qualifications

Estimated salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
