Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of our M&E team, you will be responsible for driving the people agenda and focusing on talent pipeline, developing individuals to have the right competencies and behaviours within the department. You will communicate effectively to report on the status of lines and equipment based on performance, define resources required, work planning, and employee scheduling, and apply Lean to continually improve operational performance. Leadership and motivational skills are essential for this role, along with experience in mechanical and electrical engineering in an industrial environment, preferably working on an effluent treatment plant (ETP) or Anaerobic Digestion plant (AD).
