The Robert Burns Ellisland Trust (RBET) is a charitable organization established to preserve and promote the life and works of Scotland's national poet, Robert Burns. Our mission is to create a vibrant centre for heritage, learning, and artistic inspiration at Ellisland Museum and Farm.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our team. This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to make a significant impact in the world of Scottish heritage and culture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including major donors, corporate partners, trusts, and foundations. They will work closely with the Project Director and Trustees to ensure the project meets its funding targets and overall objectives.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. If you have a proven track record in partnership development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for Scottish heritage, we invite you to apply.
