Arla Foods Deutschland GmbH is a leading manufacturer of dairy products, committed to creating a sustainable future of dairy. Our team is dedicated to operational excellence, and we seek a highly skilled Operational Excellence Manager to join us.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading continuous improvement efforts and overseeing operational excellence projects.
  • Defining, planning, and implementing the Arla Performance System.
  • Driving improvements across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation, and Planet.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in engineering, dairy production, or supply chain management.
  • Solid experience as an operational front-line leader in a mature manufacturing environment.
  • Formal qualification/education in production, supply chain, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Proven experience in leading operational excellence projects, including Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience with implementation of mature standard work processes within an operational excellence environment.
  • Experience with digital tools, financial acumen, and working within a matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach teams, with a get-it-done attitude that drives results.

We offer a competitive salary of €80,000 - €110,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications, as well as a range of benefits, including a comprehensive health insurance package, generous pension scheme, and access to professional development opportunities.
