Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Deputy Home Services Director to join our team at ARC Group. Main Responsibilities
  1. Overseeing daily operations and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
  2. Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to care service delivery
  3. Fostering collaborative relationships with staff, residents, and families to achieve optimal outcomes
  4. Managing budgets and resources effectively to meet care service needs
  5. Providing leadership and coaching to junior staff members, focusing on continuous improvement
  6. Liaising with external stakeholders, including local authorities and healthcare professionals
  7. Coordinating referrals, assessments, and transition planning initiatives
  8. Monitoring and evaluating care service performance, identifying areas for improvement
