About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Supervisor. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive and memorable experience.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by utilizing LIDS selling 101, focusing on sales and customization, and prioritizing customer needs.
  • Store Standards: Maintain a professional appearance, adhere to visual merchandising guidelines, and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
  • Expense Control: Protect company assets, manage store inventory, and complete accurate product counts in a timely manner.
  • Associate Supervision: Participate in LIDS Training Programs, assist with recruiting and training store personnel, and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
Requirements
  • Previous Retail Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is desirable, but a passion for customer service and a drive to learn and develop product knowledge is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a positive and welcoming approach.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work additional hours to cover sickness, holiday, or during peak periods.
  • Attention to Detail: Methodical, thorough, and detail-oriented with excellent numeracy skills.
