About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will leverage your experience to lead and inspire your team to achieve the retail plan and deliver an exceptional customer and patient experience.

Our stores offer a diverse customer base across retail and optometry. With your leadership and passion, you will work with the Store Manager/Hub Store Manager to drive business growth and improvement.

Working closely with your store team, you will be responsible for delivering a strong trading performance underpinned by an exceptional operational platform.

Your store will engage with the community and the wider business to develop and implement focused store-specific strategies, optimizing patient care and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team in a retail environment
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager/Hub Store Manager to drive business growth
  • Develop and implement store-specific strategies to optimize patient care and profitability
  • Deliver a strong trading performance and exceptional customer experience
