About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Claire's. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Profit: Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Commerciality: Ensure the store is well-merchandised and commercially correct, with a focus on driving sales and profitability.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they are challenged and achieving results.
- Ear Piercing: Provide ear piercing services to customers, with full training provided.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, basic computer skills, and a sound understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand during scheduled shifts, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally, and perform bending, stooping, and climbing.
- Technical Skills: Ability to operate a POS system.
