**Job Overview**

Earthstream is seeking an experienced Substation Project Management Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the investment process during pre-construction, delivery, and closure, ensuring governance is maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with significant experience in the energy sector. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, COM & Environmental legislation, and SHES standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the need for Front End Engineering Design (FEED) support and appoint where required.
  • Provide regular project status reports with accurate financial forecasting, SHESQ performance, milestone progress, and risk management data.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, project management).
  • Significant experience in project development and delivery, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sectors.

**What We Offer:**
