Job Summary
The role of Contract Manager is a vital part of our team. As Contract Manager, you will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and staying within budget.

About the Role
This is a permanent position to start in December 2024, with a salary range of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will be based in Swansea and work on various sites across the South Wales region, managing budgets, build quality, and Health and Safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple-site environments
- Lead large teams of trade people
- Produce successful projects
- Involved in business development, programming, pre-let agreements, facilities management, and managing paperwork
- Ensure plans are accurately transferred from concept through to construction and completion

Requirements
- Previous experience in managing similar contracts, particularly working with groundworks and refurbishments
- High level of relationship-building skills to develop working relations with existing and new contacts on frameworks and clients

Benefits
- Competitive salary range of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus bonuses (depending on experience)
- Permanent role with split time between the Swansea office and on-site projects
