About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned project development manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects in Swansea, UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards. If you have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
* Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to meet project goals.
* Manage project risks and ensure compliance with quality standards and risk management procedures.
* Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and progress reports.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience as a project manager or senior project lead, preferably in a similar industry.
* Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven track record of building effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
* PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
