Learning Disability Support Worker

Are you passionate about supporting individuals with learning disabilities? We are seeking a skilled Relief Support Worker to join our team in Lowestoft.
This rewarding role involves working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. You will play a vital part in their life, assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities
We offer a competitive salary, estimated at £13-£15 per hour, depending on experience, plus opportunities for ongoing training and development.
Our services are 24hr care, with rotas prepared at least 4 weeks in advance. There is also a non-contractual sleep-in available, with an enhanced flat rate payment of £63.45.
