- Stay knowledgeable about aftersales products and services, and upsell where appropriate.
- Ensure the customer database is updated and accurate at all times.

- Demonstrable computer literacy and knowledge of IT systems and applications.
- Strong communication and influencing skills to explain complex information accurately and concisely.
- Good core administration skills to capture customer details accurately.
