Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across a range of areas, including customer-facing environments.
- Ensure that all work meets required standards and timescales, following GDPR policies and meeting CQC requirements.
- Handle all enquiries and queries efficiently and effectively, escalating appropriately where necessary.
- Prepare invoices and contact patients for payments prior to their procedures.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
Requirements
- Be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise, and interpret data.
- Have good IT and keyboard skills.
- Have experience within an administrative or customer-facing environment, ideally within a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Be self-motivated and have plenty of initiative.
