As a key member of the company, you will play a critical role in delivering tailored IT solutions that meet customer needs, leveraging Microsoft 365 and associated technologies to enhance business operations.
This role involves handling 3rd line escalations and contributing to solution design for both pre-sale and continual improvement processes. You will also be responsible for occasional travel to client sites and planned out-of-hours work when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply PRINCE2, ITIL, and Cyber Essentials frameworks to ensure adherence to industry best practices in project and service management.
- Provide advanced 3rd line support across endpoint, network, and infrastructure environments, ensuring robust and resilient IT operations.
- Support and manage Microsoft 365 products, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
- Deploy Azure resources, including Azure Virtual Desktop, virtual machines, and Azure Files, to drive scalable cloud solutions.
- Administer Windows Server, encompassing Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS, to ensure secure and efficient IT infrastructure.
- Expertise in VOIP technologies with a focus on Microsoft Teams telephony, including seamless integration within Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with Hybrid Working offered - Tuesdays and Thursdays for remote working.
